Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Hoàn Hàng service (mobile app, the app.hoanhang.vn web dashboard, and this website), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Hoàn Hàng is a service that helps e-commerce sellers record proof-of-packing videos for each order, store these videos for a defined retention period, and provide tools to look up videos by tracking number to support dispute and return handling.

You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Hoàn Hàng supports different roles within a shop: shop owner, warehouse manager, and warehouse staff — each role has different permissions configured by the shop owner.

Hoàn Hàng offers multiple subscription plans with different limits and features (see the Pricing page for details). Payments are billed on a recurring cycle (monthly/yearly) via VietQR bank transfer or PayOS. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All packing videos and order data created by you remain the property of your shop. Hoàn Hàng only stores and processes this data to provide the service, and does not use it for any purpose beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

Hoàn Hàng provides tools to record packing evidence but is not responsible for the outcome of disputes with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.). Decisions on dispute resolution rest with the relevant platform and shipping carrier.

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription. Hoàn Hàng reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. After an account is terminated, video data is handled according to the applicable retention policy (see the FAQ on "what happens to my data if I cancel").

Hoàn Hàng may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will notify you via your registered email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
