When you use Hoàn Hàng (via the mobile app, the app.hoanhang.vn web dashboard, or this website), we may collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: email, full name, password (encrypted)
  • Shop information: shop name, contact details, staff list
  • Proof-of-packing videos that you record as order evidence
  • Usage data: analytics about how you use the service (via Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity)

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Hoàn Hàng service (storing and processing proof-of-packing videos)
  • Provide customer support when requested or in case of issues
  • Improve product quality based on aggregated usage data
  • Send notifications related to your account, subscription, or important updates

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Data is only shared with partners necessary to operate the service:

  • AWS S3 — stores proof-of-packing videos, encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Payment gateways (PayOS / VietQR) — process subscription payments; we do not store card information

4. Storage & Security

Proof-of-packing videos are stored for 90 days from the time of creation, then automatically deleted. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Storage infrastructure is located in regions consistent with applicable Vietnamese regulations.

5. Your Rights

Under applicable Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal data (within the limits permitted by law)
