Hoàn Hàng was born from a very real problem: fashion sellers on TikTok Shop and Shopee constantly face "item-swap" returns — buyers receive genuine products but return fake or damaged items — yet have no evidence to dispute the claim with the platform.
We built Hoàn Hàng so that every seller, big or small, can automatically record their packing process using the phone they already have — no extra cameras or complex equipment required.
